Two beautiful villas located on the hillside with stunning ocean views and only a couple minutes drive to the beach and Bophut Fisherman's Village.

Each villa has 3 en-suite double bedrooms that open onto a large open-plan living room. All the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, built-in wardrobes, polished hardwood floors, black-out Roman blinds, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have double sliding glass doors that open on to the pool deck, and the third opens onto the living room. Two of the en-suite bedrooms have rain-showers, while the third features a terrazzo tub and rain-shower.

The living rooms feature glass walls with semless corner and 2 sets of double glass doors that lead onto the pool deck, creating a sense of indoor-outdoor living, with stunning ocean views and refreshing breezes. The split level rooms have a lounge area with sofa & arm chairs arranged around a coffee table, plus a day-bed facing the ocean. Staellite TV, DVD, stereo and WiFi broadband internet are provided. At the upper level of the living room is a spacious fully fitted western kitchen with appliances. The staff will prepare breakfast and additional meals can be catered to for a nominal fee. An island breakfast bar with bar-stools separates the kitchen from the lounge area.

The lush landscaped garden is well established with an exotic array of tropical plants and shrubs, has meandering pathways and a beautiful waterfall feature. The two villas have separate entrances from the parking bay.

Its location is on the hillside appox. 10 minutes drive to Chaweng, 5 minutes from Bophut Fisherman's village and with the Santiburi Golf & Country club some 20 minutes drive away.

Daily villa rates are per villa sleeping up to 6 people in each 3 bedroom villa. Rate are inclusive of airport transfers and breakfast and exclusive of 10% service. Minimum stay 3 nights, except for Christmas & New Year with the minimum stay being 14 nights. Daily maid service includes cleaning, dish washing and laundry. Bed Linen is changed every 3 days and towles are replaced as needed.
