"Sanbonani" is a very spacious 3 bedroom holiday villa set within the
private gated project of Samran Gardens in the village of Maenam on the
North coast of Koh Samui. The peaceful development benefits from its on site
fitness centre, available to all residents 7 days a week plus a full time
Villa management team.

The villa is completely set up for family self catering holidays providing
Guests with a home from home environment with the added luxury of a hotel
style house keeping service every 4 days.

Complimented by a resident full time villa management service team with
extensive experience in the hospitality and Guest relations industries.

Overlooking the central residents park and gardens, the location provides an
ideal peaceful retreat for a self catering family or alternatively someone
looking for a medium term rental home. Fully furnished with a quality range
of furnishings, fully fitted kitchen, utility/storage room, full wireless
internet, (personal laptop required) TV satellite service and DVD player.

Each bedroom has air conditioning. The large master bedroom has its own en
suite bathroom, with Balinese style outside shower plus a walk in dressing
room with wall to wall open wardrobes. A second bathroom with large bath
services the 2 guest room plus a separate entrance W.C to add to the comfort
for that relaxing holiday.

The villa comes with the addition of full pool cleaning and garden care,
house cleaning and bed linen and towel laundry service every 4 th afternoon,
complimentary baby cot and baby buggy, subject to availability and baby
sitting service, subject to advance request.

Daily Rental Rates

For bookings of 10 days or more during Low and High seasons, a 10% discount
will be offered.

For bookings of 14 days or more during Low and High seasons, a 15% discount
will be offered.

    * Low Season (May & Jun; Oct & Nov): US$160.- per night
    * High Season (01 Dec - 30 Apr; 01 Jul - 30 Sep): US$175.- per night
    * Peak Season (15 Dec - 15 Jan): US$190.- per night

The above rental rates include

    * Villa cleaning service every 4 th day.
    * Laundering of all bed linen and towels every 4 th day.
    * Welcome pack of coffee, tea, water and creamer.
    * Check In Time is 3:00pm; Check Out time is 10:30am (early arrival and
       late departure upon availability of the house. Late Departure can only be
       confirmed on the day of check-out).
    * Airport collection service and return on day of departure.
    * ADSL Fast Speed Wireless Internet (Laptop required).
    * TV satellite service.

The above rental rates exclude

    * Food and beverage supply (with the exception of the welcome pack)
    * Breakfast or meals of any kind.
    * Live in domestic staff.

Rental conditions

    * Minimum rental of 3 nights.
    * Self catering only.
    * Maximum of 6 adults (Baby Cot and Buggy available at THB 500.00 per
       week – subject to request and availability).
    * A non-refundable deposit of 25 % is required to secure your
       reservation (deposit to be paid via Swift bank transfer to our Thai Bank
       account). The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 6 weeks
       before the check in date using a Bank SWIFT transfer to our nominated Thai
       bank account.
    * No single sex groups i.e Male or Female Stag parties.
    * The privacy and tranquility of the villas around must be respected at
       all times.
    * The villa is for holiday use only.
    * No Pets are permitted. Smoking on the terraces or outside only.

Cancellation policy

    * In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret
       that no deposit can be refunded. If the period of stay has to be shortened
       the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of this
       villa.

Insurance

    * The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all
       claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities
     or locally procured third party services such as watercraft, water sports, jeep or motor bike ental, etc.
